These Terms govern your use of automatehive.net and all AutomateHive services. By subscribing or using the site you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
AutomateHive operates one or more subscription services. Current offerings and their specific terms are described on our Services page (automatehive.net/services). AutomateHive reserves the right to modify, add, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
2. Informational Purposes Only
All content and outputs are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing published constitutes financial advice, gambling advice, or any professional recommendation. You are solely responsible for all decisions you make based on information received.
3. Automatehive Edge — Specific Terms
Automatehive Edge publishes sports analytics data. It does not recommend or encourage gambling. Sports betting legality varies by jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether placing a wager is legal where you are. AutomateHive accepts no liability for betting losses of any kind.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Past CLV performance, historical edge data, and prior service output do not guarantee future results.
5. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to subscribe to Automatehive Edge. By subscribing you confirm you meet this requirement.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
All AutomateHive subscriptions are managed via Whop. Fees are stated at point of purchase. Prices in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Automatehive Edge tiers (whop.com/automatehive-edge):
- Free — Discord #alerts-free access. No charge.
- Premium — $79/month or $790/year.
- Sharp — $199/month or $1,990/year.
7. Cancellation
Cancel anytime via your Whop dashboard. Access continues through the end of the paid period.
8. Failed Payments
Failed payments result in immediate suspension of access.
9. Affiliate Program
30% commission managed through Whop. We may modify or terminate the program at any time.
10. Acceptable Use
No reselling or redistribution of service output. No scraping or reverse engineering. No sharing of paid-tier alert content outside authorised channels. No unlawful use.
11. Intellectual Property
All content and methodologies are proprietary. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence for your own use only.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services provided “as is.” AutomateHive disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
13. Limitation of Liability
Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the prior 12 months. AutomateHive is not liable for betting losses, trading losses, or indirect/consequential damages.
14. Indemnification
You indemnify AutomateHive against claims arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Modifications
Material changes notified with 7 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing Law
State of New York. Disputes resolved in New York courts.
