Monthly Plans

Non-refundable once the billing period has begun and access has been granted.

Annual Plans

Subscribers who cancel within 14 days of initial purchase and have not accessed paid channels may request a pro-rata refund for unused months. Goodwill policy, not a guarantee.

Exceptions

Full refund issued if you were charged due to our billing error, or if applicable consumer law (EU/UK digital services regulations) requires it.

Cancellation ≠ Refund

Cancelling stops future billing. No refund for the current period. Access continues until the period ends.

How to Request

Email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. Include your Whop account email, charge date, amount, and reason. Response within 3 business days. Approved refunds processed via Whop within 5–10 business days.
