Frequently asked questions
What do I get when the build is done?
One ZIP with complete working source code (no placeholders), a README, a step-by-step INSTALL guide for your operating system, a USAGE guide with troubleshooting, a one-command setup script and a sample config file. We install and run it from a clean folder before we deliver.
Where does it run? Do you host it?
It runs on your own computer or server. Nothing is hosted by us, and your files stay on your machine. Keys and tokens are kept in environment variables, never in the code.
What happens after I pay?
Message us your requirements: what you want built, your sample files or the API or data source, and your operating system. We confirm the scope in writing before we start, and the build starts when your requirements arrive.
How long does delivery take?
3 days for PDF and document data extraction, 3 days for a Telegram or Discord bot, and 5 days for a Python scanner, alert system or multi-part automation.
How many revisions are included?
Every package includes 2 revisions within the agreed scope, requested within 14 days of delivery.
What if I change my mind? Can I get a refund?
You get a full refund if you cancel before we confirm your scope and start work. If you cancel after work has started and before delivery, we refund 50%. After delivery there is no refund, but any defect in the agreed scope that you report within 14 days is fixed at no charge. If we can't deliver the agreed scope, you get a full refund. You accept these terms at checkout.
What is covered by each package?
PDF extraction: one PDF or form layout to one Excel or CSV file. Bot: one bot, one command or alert, and one API or data source, for Telegram or Discord, written in Python. Scanner: one collector, simple rules and one alert channel, such as Telegram or email.
Do you give trading signals or place trades?
No. We build monitoring and alerting tools only. We do not provide trading signals or financial advice, and we do not place live trades.
What is not offered?
Hosting, running the tool for you, ongoing maintenance, creating accounts on your behalf, handwriting or heavy-scan OCR, CAPTCHA bypass, scraping behind someone else’s login, or anything that breaks a site’s terms.
