Affiliate Agreement
Read the full agreement below before applying. By submitting your application you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.
1. Parties
This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between AutomateHive ("Company") and the individual or entity completing this application ("Affiliate"). This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Nassau County, New York.
2. Referral Tracking
Upon approval, the Affiliate receives a unique referral link generated through Whop. All subscriptions originating from this link are tracked to the Affiliate automatically via Whop’s 60-day cookie window. The Affiliate may not share, transfer, or sell their referral link to any third party.
3. Commission
The Affiliate earns 30% of the net monthly subscription fee for each active subscriber referred (member affiliates earn 40%). Commission is calculated and paid automatically through Whop on a 30-day rolling basis. Commission ceases immediately upon subscriber cancellation or payment failure. No commission is payable on refunded transactions.
4. Compliance Obligations
The Affiliate must not use any language in their promotions that violates AutomateHive’s content compliance requirements. Specifically, the Affiliate must not:
- Use the words: signals, profit, returns, gains, earn, make money, beat the market, guaranteed, or any outcome guarantee language.
- Imply that any AutomateHive service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, or sports betting advice.
- Make any false or misleading claims about any service or its outputs.
- Use high-pressure tactics, fake testimonials, or deceptive promotional methods.
The Affiliate is solely responsible for all promotional content they produce. Any enforcement action taken by Whop, any payment processor, or any regulatory authority resulting from the Affiliate’s non-compliant promotions is the sole liability of the Affiliate. The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold AutomateHive harmless from any such consequences.
5. Termination
AutomateHive may terminate this Agreement and withhold unpaid commissions immediately and without notice if the Affiliate breaches any provision of this Agreement, including but not limited to the compliance obligations in Section 4.
6. Modification
AutomateHive reserves the right to modify commission rates, payment schedules, or programme terms with 30 days’ written notice to the Affiliate’s registered email address. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
7. No Employment Relationship
The Affiliate is an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between the parties.
