No Refunds
All sales are final. AutomateHive does not offer refunds on any subscription payments, partial billing periods, or unused access time.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until that date. No refund will be issued for the remaining days in the billing period.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your subscription will be cancelled immediately and access to the service will stop. No refund or credit is issued for any previously billed periods.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in cases where applicable law requires it. No other exceptions apply.
