Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AutomateHive’s services and website located at automatehive.net (“Site”). By subscribing to or using any AutomateHive service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or any service.

1. Services

AutomateHive provides automated intelligence reporting services delivered via digital channels. Services are sold on a recurring subscription basis. All service descriptions are available on the Services page of the Site. AutomateHive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Payment is collected via Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise AutomateHive to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Subscription fees are stated clearly at the point of purchase. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the service until that date. No refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

4. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will not receive a separate renewal notice before each charge. It is your responsibility to cancel prior to the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, your subscription will be cancelled immediately and access to the service will stop.

6. Informational Purposes Only

All content and outputs delivered by AutomateHive are for informational purposes only. Nothing published or delivered by AutomateHive constitutes professional advice of any kind. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information received from AutomateHive.

7. No Guarantee of Results

AutomateHive makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any service output. No specific outcome is guaranteed. Past service performance does not guarantee future results of any kind.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, or sublicense any AutomateHive service output without prior written consent. You agree not to use AutomateHive services for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, methodologies, and service outputs produced by AutomateHive remain the intellectual property of AutomateHive. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to receive and use service outputs for your own purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

AutomateHive is not liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use any service. This exclusion applies in full except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Modifications to Terms

AutomateHive reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
