What Data We Collect

Data you provide directly
We collect your email address when you subscribe or sign up for updates. For Automatehive Edge, email capture is handled via Beehiiv. No other personal data is collected directly by AutomateHive.

Data collected by Whop on our behalf
All subscriptions across AutomateHive services are billed via Whop. When you complete a purchase, Whop collects on our behalf: name, email, billing address, payment method details, transaction data, and device/IP information. AutomateHive does not store card data. Data collected via third-party platforms
Automatehive Edge distributes alerts via Discord and X (Twitter). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies. We collect Discord usernames only to manage channel access.

How We Use Your Data

To deliver the service you subscribed to; to manage your subscription; to send operational communications; to manage Discord channel access. Your data is not sold. Your data is not used for advertising.

Cookies

Standard WordPress cookies for basic site functionality only. No tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

Data Retention

Retained while your subscription is active. Request deletion at [email protected]. Whop retains transaction data per their own legal obligations.

Your Rights

California (CCPA) and EU/UK (GDPR/UK GDPR) residents may request access, correction, or deletion. Contact: [email protected]. Response within 30 days.

Age Requirement

Automatehive Edge is for users 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By subscribing you confirm you meet this requirement.
