What Data We Collect

Data you provide directly

At this time, AutomateHive collects only your email address for the purpose of managing your subscription and delivering the service you have subscribed to. No other personal data is collected directly by AutomateHive.

Data collected by Stripe on our behalf

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you complete a purchase, Stripe collects and processes the following data on AutomateHive’s behalf:

• Name and email address
• Billing address
• Payment method details (card number, bank details)
• Transaction data (amount, date, subscription status)
• Device and browser information, IP address

Stripe may also collect data from incomplete checkout attempts even if a purchase is not completed. AutomateHive does not use this data for retargeting or advertising purposes.

How We Use Your Data

• To deliver the service you subscribed to (access to the relevant AutomateHive channel or output)

Cancellation and Data Retention

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the service will be removed. Stripe retains transaction data in accordance with their legal obligations and their own privacy policy. AutomateHive retains only the data required to manage your subscription for as long as your subscription is active.

Cookies

AutomateHive’s website may use standard WordPress cookies for basic site functionality. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies at this time.
